🎯 Role Overview: Driving Social Interventions and Sustainable Impact
The Manager Programs role is central to Fiinovation's mission of bridging the gap between businesses and communities. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the end-to-end lifecycle of impactful social interventions, leveraging Fiinovation’s expertise in CSR Portfolio Management, Initiative Design & Management, and Monitoring & Evaluation.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
Project Conceptualization: Lead the development and drafting of innovative project proposals, leveraging the organization's scientific and rational tools for research and design.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders to secure project approvals and foster strong partnerships.
Project Management: Oversee on-ground execution, ensuring projects are managed effectively and delivered precisely according to the Project Implementation Plan.
Operational Support: Undertake any other work as directed by the Head of Project Operations.
Job Location: This is an on-site role based in Okhla Phase - III, Delhi. Note that out-station travel may be required based on project needs.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Minimum Master of Social Work (MSW) or a Master's degree in a relevant stream.
Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience is required within any of the four core thematic areas: Health, Education, Environment, or Livelihood.
Skills: Demonstrated experience in drafting and managing social interventions is crucial. Candidates must possess excellent verbal & written English communication skills.

💰 Compensation and Application Details
Remuneration:
The Annual Remuneration is competitive, offering a maximum of up to Rupees 9,00,000/-. The final salary will be commensurate with the last salary drawn and relevant experience.
