The organization is currently seeking a dedicated Manager - Projects to lead a transformative art education and Early Childhood Development (ECD) initiative in Jharkhand.

The Role: Leading Art-Based Development

The Project Manager will be responsible for spearheading a project that integrates creative expression with early childhood growth. This role is designed for a leader who can bridge the gap between high-level strategy and field-level implementation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Building rapport with state-level officials and establishing deep-rooted trust with mothers and women within the local community.

  • Field Leadership: Conducting site visits to gather insights, identifying community "Champions" among local mothers, and providing hands-on leadership to team facilitators.

  • Project Oversight: Managing budgets, documenting progress, and ensuring that all project reports meet the high standards of donor expectations.

  • Capacity Building: Recruiting and onboarding high-performing field teams while designing participatory training sessions.
