Key Responsibilities
Fundraising Strategy: Drive overall fundraising and resource mobilization strategies to meet organizational targets.
Partnership Management: Build and nurture relationships with CSR partners, corporate sponsors, institutional stakeholders, and philanthropic donors.
Pipeline Development: Identify new funding opportunities to maintain a robust donor pipeline.
Proposal & Presentation: Lead the creation of proposals, concept notes, budgets, and pitch presentations.
Donor Engagement: Oversee reporting, grant renewals, and strategy for long-term partnership growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with program, finance, and communications teams to maximize outcomes.
Leadership: Lead and mentor the resource development team to achieve goals efficiently.
Candidate Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience: Postgraduate degree with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), business development, or the social development sector.
Core Competencies: Proven expertise in relationship management, proposal writing, negotiation, team leadership, and communication skills.
