The Role: Manager - Resource Mobilization & Strategic Partnerships
The core mission of this position is to ensure the organization produces high-quality proposals tailored to institutional and corporate funders. Based at Barakhamba Road, the successful candidate will be responsible for building a robust funding pipeline and managing the end-to-end grant lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Prospecting & Research: Identifying new funding sources and conducting thorough prospect research to fuel organizational growth.
Proposal Development: Crafting persuasive grant applications and summaries that accurately reflect the organization's history, programs, and goals.
Relationship Management: Developing and maximizing long-term relationships with corporate and institutional donors.
Collaboration: Working cross-functionally with Programs, Communications, Finance, and global alliance teams to ensure fundraising efforts are aligned and well-represented.
Grant Lifecycle Management: Maintaining a strict funding calendar, following up on reviews, and providing supportive materials to donors as needed.
