The Role: Driving Sustainable Growth
As the Manager of Corporate Partnerships, you will sit at the heart of the Fund Development and Communications department. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships, your mission will be to bridge the gap between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and grassroots impact.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Fundraising Leadership: spearheading initiatives to meet ambitious fundraising targets and securing large-scale corporate deals.
Strategic Financial Management: Forecasting regional financial needs, managing annual budgets, and performing variance analysis to ensure fiscal health.
Innovation & Growth: Utilizing CRM tools and PRG strategies to build new empanelment opportunities with reputable intermediaries.
End-to-End Grant Management: Crafting compelling proposals and managing the entire lifecycle of grant applications.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Working closely with Finance and Programme teams to create innovative, institutional-grade partnership models.
