1. Intern – Graphic Design

Duration: 6 Months

Reporting to: Communications Associate

This role is ideal for creative storytellers who want to use design thinking to inspire social change. The intern will collaborate with the Communications team to bring purpose-driven ideas to life.

• Key Responsibilities: Create visual assets for impact campaigns, social media, newsletters, and reports while maintaining brand consistency.

• Required Qualifications: A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or Visual Communication, and a strong portfolio of original work.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, and Figma is required.

2. Junior Associate – Scholarships

Reporting to: Coordinator – Education Continuity Assistance Program

The Junior Associate will play a vital role in ensuring the transparency and efficiency of the Foundation’s scholarship operations.

• Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end scholarship processes, including student data verification, documentation, and coordinating disbursements with educational institutions.

• Required Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in education or student support programs.

• Educational Background: A graduate degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

• Core Skills: Strong organizational abilities, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and excellent interpersonal skills.

3. Program Officer – Vocational Skills Training Program (VSTP)

Travel: Approximately 30% domestic travel within India

Reporting to: Manager – Vocational Skills Training Program

The Foundation is seeking an experienced professional to lead the planning and implementation of vocational training programs through strategic partnerships.

• Key Responsibilities: Identify and manage partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and Skill Development Corporations. You will develop implementation plans, track project indicators, and support partner capacity building.

• Required Experience: 3–5 years in program coordination, specifically within youth skills development or vocational training.

• Educational Background: A graduate degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a postgraduate degree is desirable.

• Core Skills: Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and verbal/written communication skills in English.
