As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in driving sales and expanding the reach of Kiran Society's diverse product lines, which include everything from food preservation items to exquisite handicrafts and wooden goods. A Multifaceted Role with a Focus on Growth
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual ready to take on a wide range of responsibilities. This is a hands-on position that requires a strategic mindset and a collaborative spirit.
Key responsibilities include:
Market & Business Development: You will conduct in-depth market research to identify new B2B customers, such as hotels and restaurants, for food preservation products. You'll also be responsible for finding new customers for unique handicraft and wooden items, including handmade files, silk scarves, and specialized chairs.
Sales & Client Relations: Building strong, lasting relationships is at the core of this role. You will manage individual meetings with business partners and coordinate with the production team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Marketing & Promotions: You'll be the driving force behind marketing efforts, organizing promotional activities and exhibitions. This includes developing weekly action plans and creating monthly reports to track progress and success.
Operational Coordination: Your role will also involve sourcing high-quality raw materials and the latest packaging. You'll coordinate with production units to ensure smooth operations and the timely delivery of products.
Talent & Resource Management: A key part of this position is connecting with skilled professionals and artists from institutions like BHU to enhance the quality and artistry of the products. You'll also identify employment opportunities in the market for trainees.
