The Opportunity: Member – Accounts & Finance

To support this large-scale social impact, the Foundation requires a robust financial backbone. They are currently seeking a finance professional with 3+ years of experience to manage the day-to-day accounting operations that keep their initiatives running smoothly.

Role Overview

As a Member of the Accounts & Finance team, you will be responsible for the integrity of the Foundation's financial data. This is a full-time position based in Worli, Mumbai, ideal for someone who thrives in an organized, compliant, and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle a wide range of financial duties, including:

  • Day-to-Day Operations: Managing journal entries, bank reconciliations, billing, and vendor payments.

  • Payroll & Reporting: Processing payroll and ensuring accurate monthly financial reporting.

  • Expense Management: Utilizing Zoho to manage mobile reimbursements, travel conveyance, and monthly claims.

  • Compliance & Documentation: Validating expenses against approved limits, maintaining reimbursement cycles, and ensuring all invoices are duly signed and documented.
