From the "English Room on Wheels"—a portable model bringing education to remote communities—to high-profile student participation in the Kala Ghoda Arts Festival, the foundation’s reach is vast. Behind every successful program is a seamless administrative engine, and that is where the Member – Admin comes in.

The Role: Key Responsibilities

The Foundation is looking for a professional with 3+ years of experience to manage the following core areas:

1. Office Operations & Facility Management

You will be the architect of a smooth workplace. This includes overseeing daily administration, managing procurement and inventory, and ensuring that the office infrastructure (utilities, furniture, and equipment) is maintained to the highest standards.

2. Vendor & Asset Management

Precision is key. The role involves tracking AMC contracts, managing service renewals, and processing vendor invoices in coordination with the finance department. You will also be responsible for maintaining asset registers to ensure proper resource allocation.

3. Logistics & Event Coordination

Pehlay Akshar is an active organization. The Admin lead will manage the logistics for various events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring that the team has everything they need to execute their programs effectively.

4. Compliance & Liaison

A critical part of the role involves maintaining administrative records and agreements. You will act as a bridge for government liaisoning and ensure all office operations comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
