Management Information Systems (MIS) Responsibilities

In this data-driven aspect of the role, you'll be the backbone of Pankh's project monitoring. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Data Management: You will collect, compile, and maintain essential program data from various departments.

• Reporting & Analysis: You will be responsible for creating and managing databases, dashboards, and reports to track project progress. You'll generate crucial weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management and donors and conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Documentation & Training: You'll ensure proper documentation and storage of both digital and physical data. Additionally, you will train and support staff on data collection tools and reporting systems.

Desktop Publishing (DTP) Responsibilities

On the creative side, you'll be the go-to person for all of Pankh's communication materials. This involves:

• Graphic Design: You will design and format a wide range of materials, including training manuals, brochures, newsletters, and posters.

• Branding & Layout: You'll ensure all documents and materials adhere to Pankh's branding guidelines, creating high-quality, print-ready designs.

• Creative Support: You will also assist in preparing presentations, infographics, and other communication templates, and coordinate with external vendors for timely and quality printing.

To excel in this role, you will need a unique blend of technical skills and soft skills. Pankh is seeking a candidate with:

• Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization software like Power BI or Tableau is a must. You should also be highly skilled in CorelDraw, Adobe InDesign, Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

• Attention to Detail: You must possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and high-quality design.

• Effective Communication: Excellent command of English and Hindi, both written and verbal, is essential for coordination and communication tasks.
