The Role: What Does an MIS Executive Do at TCL?
As an MIS Executive at TCL, you won't just sit behind a screen; you will bridge the gap between digital data and field-level execution. You will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and maintaining robust data systems that drive informed decision-making across various livelihood projects.
Key Responsibilities:
System Management: Plan and execute comprehensive MIS frameworks covering data collection, secure storage, rigorous analysis, reporting, and actionable project insights.
Digital Integration: Establish standardized data systems, formats, and collection schedules, ensuring high-quality and timely data gathering using modern digital tools.
Capacity Building & Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the Project Anchor, field teams, and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for assigning roles, building capacity, and training both internal staff and Community Resource Persons (CRPs).
Field Validation & Reporting: Step out into the field to conduct real-world data validation, monitor project progress on the ground, ensure absolute data accuracy, and compile comprehensive project reports.

Job Requirements:
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Commerce, or a closely related field.
Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in MIS, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), or within the development sector.
Technical & Soft Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office, advanced MS Excel, and modern data management tools. Excellent analytical, communication, and training skills are essential.
Mobility: A genuine willingness to travel to rural areas and collaborate directly with grassroots field teams.
