Role Overview: MIS Executive
As an MIS Executive at Shroffs Foundation Trust, you will be responsible for handling the critical data infrastructure that tracks and fuels the organization’s community impact projects.
Location: Vadodara
Experience Required: 0 – 1 Year (Freshers are welcome to apply!)
Sector Preference: NGO / CSR / Development Sector
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that project data is highly organized, accurate, and readily available for evaluation. Core duties include:
Maintaining, updating, cleaning, and validating project MIS data accurately and on time.
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and visual dashboards.
Supporting the data collection, analysis, compilation, and interpretation processes.
Ensuring overall data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all platforms.
Assisting in ongoing Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) activities.
Maintaining diligent documentation, records, and reports required for internal review and donors.
Required Qualifications & Key Skills
Shroffs Foundation Trust is looking for candidates who possess a blend of foundational academic knowledge and solid technical data skills.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in any stream. Preference will be given to candidates with degrees in Social Work, Statistics, Management, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of MIS & reporting.
Good proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Key Skills
Advanced Excel Toolsets: Good working knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, charts, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
Modern Work Tools: Experience with Google Sheets and Google Forms.
Professional Aptitude: Strong communication skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
