The organization is currently inviting applications for the critical role of MIS Expert/Data Analyst to be based in Lucknow. This position is central to a strategic program focused on accelerating the adoption of green technology among farmers through Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) and other grassroots entities.
The Role: Bridging Data and Impact
The selected MIS Expert will serve as a Senior Coordinator, reporting directly to the Project Lead. This isn't just a data entry role; it is a strategic position designed to oversee the entire data lifecycle of the green technology program.
Key Responsibilities Include:
System Design: Developing and maintaining robust MIS systems and databases tailored to capture green tech usage.
Strategic Analysis: Interpreting data trends and patterns to support high-level strategic planning and decision-making.
Reporting: Generating comprehensive dashboards and donor reports to ensure transparency and project efficacy.
Quality Control: Implementing rigorous measures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across the board.
Capacity Building: Training and handholding ground staff in data retrieval and system usage to ensure long-term sustainability.
Who Should Apply?
ACCESS is looking for a candidate who blends technical prowess with a passion for rural development.
Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, though those with a Master’s degree or higher will be given preference.
Experience: Applicants should possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in managing MIS software and data management tools. A background in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) is highly ideal.
Specialized Knowledge: While not mandatory, an understanding of the agricultural ecosystem and green technology is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel (formulas and visualization) and the ability to design custom dashboards are essential.
Communication: Fluency in both English and Hindi is required for effective stakeholder interaction.
