• Livelihoods and Rural Development: Agriculture, Microfinance, and general Livelihoods.

• Sustainability and Health: Environment, Climate, Energy, Water, and Sanitation.

• Social Empowerment: Social, Gender, Education, Youth, and Child welfare.

Your work will directly translate into higher participation rates, effective knowledge transfer, and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: Your Impact on the Ground

As a Mobilizer, your daily activities will be pivotal to the project's success. Your primary duties will include:

• Participant Mobilization: Recruiting and ensuring attendance for training sessions according to the scheduled plan.

• Engagement & Motivation: Inspiring participants to actively engage and benefit fully from the sessions.

• Logistical Management: Taking charge of all logistical arrangements for smooth training execution.

• Field Support: Assisting the Master Trainer/Doctor during training and crucial field-level handholding support.

• Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate participant records, contact details, supporting the Project Manager with documentation, and sharing timely field updates.

• IEC Material Management: Ensuring Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials are visibly displayed, particularly at each Primary Health Center (PHC).

• Feedback & Coordination: Collecting vital participant feedback for project refinement and helping coordinate important stakeholder visits and project events.

Are You the Right Fit? Qualifications & Experience

Y4D Foundation is looking for dedicated professionals with the right mix of academic background and practical experience:

• Education: A Master's in Social Work (MSW) is essential.

• Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in community mobilization or a related field.

• Skills: Demonstrated strong facilitation and mobilization skills are a must.

• Commitment: Willingness to travel regularly within the project area is required.

• Local Advantage: Preference will be given to local candidates who possess a deep understanding of the Palghar community.
