This position is distinctive in its comprehensive scope, encompassing critical responsibilities across data stewardship, financial administration, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will play an instrumental role in:

Precision in Data Acquisition and Input

You will be at the forefront of data acquisition and input, ensuring the accurate and timely collection of information from field-level functionaries, including Outreach Workers (ORWs) and Peer Educators. This involves precisely entering data into specialized systems such as SIMS (Strategic Information Management System), CMIS, and various Excel trackers. Meticulous daily records of outreach activities, referrals, testing, and service uptake will be maintained, forming the foundational data for program evaluation.

Ensuring Data Integrity

Data quality assurance is a core responsibility. This involves rigorously verifying and validating source documents, such as outreach registers, condom distribution records, and STI/ICTC referrals. Regular field visits will be conducted to confirm data accuracy and completeness, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data discrepancies in collaboration with field teams.

Strategic Program Monitoring and Analysis

Beyond data collection, you'll be responsible for the strategic monitoring and analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This includes tracking the coverage of HRGs (High-Risk Groups), condom distribution figures, HIV testing uptake, treated STI cases, and linkages to ICTC/ART centers. Analyzing these trends will provide vital insights, directly informing strategies to enhance outreach and service delivery efficiency.

Comprehensive Reporting and Documentation

Strong capabilities in reporting and documentation are essential. You will prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports in strict adherence to RSACS/NACO formats. Furthermore, you'll contribute to the drafting of annual reports, review presentations, and critical donor documentation. Maintaining organized hard copies and digital backups of all reports for audit and evaluation purposes is also a key duty.

Empowering Field Staff

A significant aspect of this position involves empowering field staff through capacity building and support. This includes delivering training on data collection tools and reporting formats, and guiding ORWs and Peer Educators in maintaining accurate documentation such as outreach registers, condom cards, and referral slips.

Essential Stakeholder Engagement

Effective stakeholder engagement is crucial. You will collaborate with ICTC/STI clinics, ART centers, and DAPCU for seamless data reconciliation and cross-verification. Additionally, you'll coordinate with RSACS and local district health officers during M&E reviews and audits, ensuring fluid information exchange and compliance.
