1. M&E Executive: Driving Data-Led Social Change
Location: Hyderabad | Travel: Frequent
The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Executive is a foundational role designed to ensure organizational accountability and program effectiveness. This position is ideal for early-career professionals passionate about data-driven insights in the social sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Systems: Design and implement robust M&E systems to track progress against organizational goals.
Impact Assessment: Conduct surveys and interviews to analyze program impact and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with outreach teams to maintain organized databases and prepare high-quality reports and dashboards.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, or Development Studies.
Experience: 0-1 years of experience in research, data analysis, or monitoring and evaluation.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory, along with basic knowledge of M&E methodologies.
Language: Fluency in English and Telugu is required.
2. Sr. Manager / Head - Fundraise & Donor Engagement
Location: Remote | Travel: Frequent
For experienced leaders, the Fundraise & Donor Engagement role offers the opportunity to shape Nayi Disha’s financial sustainability and strategic partnerships. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this individual will spearhead efforts to secure funds from corporate sponsors, foundations, and individual donors.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan to meet annual revenue targets.
Donor Stewardship: Build long-term relationships through personalized outreach, major donor engagement, and CSR collaborations.
Grant Writing: Prepare high-quality funding proposals and grant applications tailored to diverse audiences.
Event Management: Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and events to increase organizational visibility.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications (Master’s preferred).
Experience: 10-15 years of professional experience, with at least 5-7 years specifically in fundraising or donor relations within the NGO sector.
Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a data-driven approach to adapting fundraising strategies.
