Nikore Associates, a firm specializing in development themes such as gender, infrastructure, transport, and skill development, is currently looking to expand its team in Delhi. The company has two immediate openings for passionate and skilled professionals: a Senior Research Associate and a Research Associate.

Senior Research Associate

The ideal candidate for this role will have a Master's degree and at least three years of experience. A key responsibility will be leading projects and client engagements. The position also requires the ability to prepare knowledge documents, presentations, and Excel databases, as well as handle administrative tasks for the team. The Senior Research Associate will collaborate closely with other professionals and students in the policy sector. This is a full-time position.

Research Associate

This role is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for development themes. Candidates should have a Post-Graduate degree in Economics and a minimum of one to two years of experience in a related field. The main responsibilities include providing research assistance for policy briefs, proposals, op-eds, and blogs. Similar to the senior role, the Research Associate will also be responsible for preparing knowledge documents, presentations, and Excel databases, and will assist with administrative tasks. Collaboration with students and professionals in the policy field is also a key part of this full-time position.
