Key Responsibilities: What You'll Do

As the Office Assistant, you'll be the backbone of the program's administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Office Management: From maintaining critical files and documents to handling data entry and preparing reports, you'll ensure that all office operations run smoothly. This includes managing incoming and outgoing correspondence and keeping meticulous records.

  • Communication & Coordination: You'll be the first point of contact for many, handling phone calls, greeting visitors, and circulating important information about meetings and workshops. Strong communication skills are a must for this role.

  • Data & Documentation: You'll play a key part in the program's reporting process, assisting in the preparation of activity reports, maintaining attendance registers, and compiling minutes of meetings. Your efforts will help ensure accurate and timely reporting to higher authorities.

Who We're Looking For

To be a successful candidate, you should meet the following qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: You must hold a graduate degree from a recognized university and have 2 to 3 years of experience in office management, preferably within an NGO or government project.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. We also require a strong grasp of social media, website handling, and general internet operations. Familiarity with design software is a plus.

  • Language Skills: Basic knowledge of both Hindi and English is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders and colleagues.
