What the Role Entails: Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be a master of organization and discretion, adept at handling a diverse range of responsibilities. Your key contributions will include:
Providing comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director.
Efficiently managing the Managing Director's schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, including vital visits to operational areas both within and outside the state.
Maintaining effective internal and external communication, serving as a crucial liaison on behalf of the Managing Director.
Handling all correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documentation with precision.
Overseeing general office operations to ensure seamless inter-departmental coordination.
Managing confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Organizing and coordinating essential office events, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
Maintaining meticulous records, filing systems, and databases for easy accessibility.
Liaising effectively with donors, partners, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.
Monitoring task completion deadlines and diligently following up on behalf of the Managing Director.
Who We're Looking For: Qualifications & Skills
SRNF is seeking a professional who aligns with their commitment to excellence and possesses a genuine passion for their mission.
Required Qualifications:
A Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline, with a preference for Management, Administration, or Communication.
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Officer.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi are essential.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and calendar management tools.
The ability to handle pressure, prioritize tasks, and consistently maintain a professional demeanor.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with NGOs, CSR departments, or development organizations will be a significant advantage.
Demonstrated strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive attitude, a high degree of integrity, and an unwavering commitment to confidentiality.
