The ideal candidate for this position will thrive in a dynamic environment that blends essential office tasks with hands-on field coordination. You'll be the backbone of the health projects team, ensuring that all documentation, from project reports to field records, is meticulously maintained and easily accessible.
Key responsibilities include:
Data and Documentation Management: You will maintain and organize crucial health project data, reports, and records, ensuring everything is accurate and up-to-date.
Coordination and Communication: You'll serve as a key link between the project team, healthcare workers, and the community, facilitating smooth communication and coordination.
Field Support: The role involves assisting with the organization and reporting of health awareness camps and outreach activities, requiring a readiness for field work in both urban and rural areas.
Operational Support: You will work closely with the Project Manager on essential office tasks like filing, record-keeping, and documentation, ensuring the projects run efficiently.
Who We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should be a graduate in any discipline with a preference for candidates who have at least one year of working experience in the health or NGO sector. Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data entry are essential. Excellent verbal communication in both Hindi and English is a must to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
A crucial requirement for this role is the ability to travel for field work. Therefore, applicants must have a personal bike and a valid driving license. Citizens Foundation is particularly interested in male candidates who are based in Ranchi.
