Ashwini Charitable Trust, a leading non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, is seeking a dedicated Operations Officer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in our mission to create positive change in the community.

About the Role:

As our Operations Officer, you will be the backbone of our administrative and operational functions. Your multifaceted role will involve a wide range of responsibilities, from donor engagement and fundraising support to human resources and compliance. This is a chance to use your diverse skill set to directly contribute to our impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Donor Engagement & Reporting: Build and nurture relationships with donors, prepare proposals and reports, and ensure transparent communication about how their contributions are making a difference.

  • Fundraising Support: Help organize events and campaigns, and maintain our donor database to support our vital fundraising efforts.

  • Administrative Efficiency: Manage official communications, maintain a robust digital filing system, and coordinate key events like our Annual Day and donor visits.

  • Human Resources: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding new team members. You'll also be a key point of contact for staff and help manage performance evaluations and training programs.

  • Compliance & Process Improvement: Ensure all necessary accreditations (like FCRA and Guidestar) are in order and identify opportunities to streamline our internal processes for greater efficiency.

Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in one or more of the following areas: Administration, HR, Management, Accounting/Finance, Fundraising, Business Development, or Grants Writing. Experience in the social, gender, education, or youth and child sectors is a definite plus.
