Core Responsibilities:

Your daily tasks will encompass a blend of monitoring, evaluation, and finance duties, including:

  • Reporting Excellence: Preparing and finalizing monthly and quarterly reports, then submitting them to the State Project Manager.

  • Data Validation: Cross-checking Community Level Health (CLH) data during review meetings to guarantee accuracy and reliability.

  • Financial Oversight: Compiling monthly and quarterly finance reports for submission to the Senior Finance Officer.

  • Payroll Management: Generating salary sheets for staff compensation.

  • Expense Verification: Thoroughly reviewing activity expense sheets submitted by field staff, accurately entering data into Tally, and maintaining all essential supporting documents.

Ganga Social Foundation is seeking a candidate with a robust background in both finance and monitoring & evaluation. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Qualifications: A Graduate or B.Com degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate degree with 2 years of M&E experience.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Tally, possessing strong accounting skills, and adept with both Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Sector Understanding: Knowledge of HIV and PPTCT (Prevention of Parent-to-Child Transmission) is highly valued, along with prior experience in this field.

Compensation & Benefits:
