Social entrepreneurs often struggle with the "heavy lifting" of fundraising, which pulls them away from their core mission. Samyak steps in to manage the entire fundraising value chain. As an Associate, you will be the engine behind this growth, ensuring that high-potential enterprises have the capital and partnerships they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
The role is multifaceted, requiring a blend of analytical research and creative storytelling:
End-to-End Partnership Strategy: You will manage the fundraising pipeline from scratch. This includes deep-dive research into CSRs, Foundations, and HNIs to build targeted prospect lists.
Compelling Proposal Development: You’ll be responsible for drafting and designing concept notes, grant proposals, and pitch decks. Your goal? To translate complex social programs into human-centric narratives that resonate with funders.
Operations & AI Integration: In a modern work environment, efficiency is key. You will maintain rigorous CRM documentation and leverage cutting-edge AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity) to optimize research and content workflows.
Who Is the Ideal Candidate?
Samyak is looking for a self-starter who doesn't need constant supervision. To excel in this role, you should be:

Compensation & Logistics
Role: Full-Time, Work from Home (with occasional in-person meetings).
Salary: INR 35,000 – 45,000 per month (depending on experience).
Performance Bonus: Annual bonus potential of up to 100% of your monthly salary.
