Your Core Responsibilities

As our People Ops Associate, you will be the engine behind several vital functions:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Leading end-to-end recruitment and ensuring every new joiner feels welcomed and fully equipped from Day 1.

  • Culture & Wellbeing: Ideating and implementing initiatives that keep our team engaged, healthy, and connected.

  • Growth & Development: Coordinating Learning & Development (L&D) programs and assisting with performance cycles.

  • Operational Excellence: Managing employee records, supporting payroll, ensuring compliance/audits, and handling office admin with precision.

  • Feedback Loops: Collecting staff feedback and pulse checks to help us constantly improve.

The Essentials (Must-Haves)

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in an HR role.
