Role Overview
As a Placement Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind the organization's employment initiatives. The core focus of this role is to manage day-to-day placement activities, maintain a streamlined placement calendar, and ensure smooth internal and external communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Create Job Opportunities: Build and scale career opportunities for beneficiaries trained under various CSR projects and paid programs.
Employer Engagement: Maintain a strong network with employers to successfully plan, organize, and execute job fairs and campus/off-campus placement drives.
Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders on a daily basis to keep placement activities structured and efficient.

Candidate Profile & Key Skills Required
GTT Foundation is seeking a passionate graduate or postgraduate who possesses a strong track record in recruitment and social sector coordination.
Educational & Experience Prerequisites:
A Post Graduate in Social Science or a Graduate with a relevant track record in campus/off-campus placement activities.
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of work experience specifically within the social development sector or relevant CSR fields.
Necessary Competencies:
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Tamil is also valued).
Technical & Reporting Skills: Proficiency in report writing and a strong functional knowledge of computers.
Networking Skills: Proven ability to connect with potential employers and organize large-scale recruitment events.
