This is more than a job; it’s a pivotal role to directly Create Linkages, Empower Youth, and Drive Sustainable Livelihoods across critical and high-growth sectors, including BFSI, Retail, Accounting, and Logistics. You will be the essential bridge connecting trained, ambitious youth with leading organizations, ensuring every candidate has the opportunity to launch a successful career.

The Impact You’ll Make: Your Strategic Role

As a Placement Coordinator, you will manage the entire placement lifecycle, playing a strategic and hands-on role in achieving the organization’s mission of impactful skilling and employment.

1. Forge Strong Employer Partnerships

Your primary responsibility will be to expand BharatCares' placement network. You will identify and onboard new employers, turning potential leads into long-term partners. This involves consistent outreach and partnership development to map in-demand job roles directly to the training programs. Furthermore, you will be key in organizing and facilitating large-scale hiring events, placement drives, walk-ins, and job fairs, maximizing opportunities for candidates.

2. Prepare and Mobilize Future Talent

You will serve as a direct mentor to the candidates. This includes conducting essential pre-placement sessions focused on soft skills, effective resume building, and rigorous interview readiness. You will also provide crucial one-on-one career counseling to align candidate aspirations with real market opportunities, followed by managing the logistics of candidate mobilization for interviews and post-offer onboarding support.

3. Ensure Industry-Aligned Placement Success

Success hinges on alignment. You will work closely with the skilling and training teams to ensure candidates consistently meet and exceed industry standards. Crucially, you will act as a vital feedback loop, sharing employer insights to continually improve the training curriculum and maintain market relevance.

4. Champion Data-Driven Placement

This role requires meticulous execution and reporting. You must be proficient in maintaining detailed records of employer databases, candidate status, offers, and retention metrics. Utilizing tools like MS Excel, MIS, and CRM platforms for real-time data tracking is essential, as is preparing insightful reports on key placement metrics.

Who We're Looking For: Skills and Experience

BharatCares is seeking professionals with a proven track record in youth employability and a deep understanding of India's job market.

• Experience: 2–4 years in placement coordination, skilling projects, or youth employability programs.

• Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred (especially in Commerce, Business, or Social Work).

• Sector Knowledge: Strong grasp of hiring processes within BFSI, Accounting, Retail, and Logistics.

• Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills, along with high proficiency in MS Excel and data tracking.

• Preferred Edge: Prior experience with CSR-led skilling projects or NSDC training centers and comfort with field travel.
