1. Placement Officer

This role focuses on bridging the gap between skilled candidates and employers, ensuring successful job placements.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and cultivate relationships with local employers, businesses, and organizations.

    • Place candidates based on their skillsets and workforce requirements.

    • Offer career counselling, resume building, and interview preparation.

    • Coordinate job fairs, recruitment drives, and networking events.

    • Maintain detailed placement records and generate reports.

  • What You Bring:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

    • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5+ years' experience in job placements/recruitment.

    • Skills: Strong skills in job placements, recruitment, existing connections with local employers, and strong coordination skills for events.

    • Travel: Open to extensive travelling across the city/region.

2. Mobilizer

The Mobilizer is crucial for outreach, enrolment, and connecting students to skilling and career development programs.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Approach and build relationships with Principals, Placement Officers, Coordinators, in colleges, diploma institutes, etc.

    • Mobilise youth for free skilling and career development programs.

    • Prepare presentations and showcase the benefits of the program.

    • Counsel and enroll students for the free training programs.

    • Help the students in placements post training certifications and coordinate with students during job fairs and recruitment drives.

  • What You Bring:

    • Education: Bachelor's Degree, MBA would be preferred.

    • Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of community or institutional mobilization experience. Prior experience in the social sector is preferred.

    • Skills: Strong existing network connections with college principals, placement officers, etc., good communication in English along with fluency in local languages.

    • Travel: Open to extensive travelling across the city/region.

3. Trainer

The Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging training sessions on essential skills and job readiness.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver engaging, high-quality interactive theory and practical sessions using proprietary content for diploma and degree college students.

    • Train students on essential skills, including English communication, soft skills, interview preparation, workplace readiness, and basic AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity).

    • Manage documentation, certification, and coordinate during job drives for successful placements of students.

    • Motivate, mentor and guide students.

  • What You Bring:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Technology, Engineering, or Management).

    • Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in teaching or training students; prior experience in EdTech or social services preferred.

    • Skills: Strong facilitation, communication, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint skills. Proficiency in usage of basic AI tools. Fluency in English and local languages.

    • Travel: Willingness to travel to colleges across the city and outskirts.

    • Personality: Confident, bold personality with a passion for student success.
