Based in New Delhi, this pivotal role is designed for a professional who can bridge the gap between high-level strategy and on-the-ground execution.

The Role: Driving the Future of Crop Protection

As the Portfolio Manager for Insecticides, you will report directly to the Strategic Marketing Head. Your primary mission will be to oversee the lifecycle and performance of both existing and upcoming insecticide brands. This isn't just about maintaining the status quo; it’s about shaping a 5-year pipeline (from -2 to +3 years) to ensure Parijat remains a market leader.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Product Launch Leadership: Managing end-to-end launches and defining the long-term portfolio roadmap.

• Strategic Branding: Developing Unique Value Propositions (UVPs) and tailored campaign strategies for both Kharif and Rabi seasons.

• Market Intelligence: Conducting rigorous competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

• Sales Enablement: Empowering sales teams with structured training and high-impact marketing materials.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working hand-in-hand with R&D and other internal teams to bring innovation to the field.

Qualifications and Requirements

Parijat is looking for a candidate who combines technical expertise with business acumen.
