Education: A degree in Law (LLB) or a Master of Social Work (MSW).
Essential Skills: Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, internet, documentation), and an ability to effectively manage social media platforms for outreach.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Gujarati & English is a must.
Commitment: Willingness to undertake occasional travel within the organization's work areas.
Your Impact: Core Responsibilities
As a Program Associate, your work will be central to SAFAR's mission. Your responsibilities will include:
Program Support: Coordinating and supporting critical initiatives focused on gender and law.
Communication & Documentation: Managing accurate documentation, reporting, and internal/external communication.
Outreach: Leading social media management and outreach efforts to amplify SAFAR's work.
Field Engagement: Conducting field visits and engaging directly with the community as required.
