The NorthSouth Foundation (NSF) is looking for a dedicated Program Associate – Alumni Relations Coordinator to join their team in Hyderabad. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of alumni engagement and mentorship within a mission-driven nonprofit.
The Role: Strengthening the NSF Alumni Network
As the Alumni Relations Coordinator, you will be at the heart of NSF-India’s efforts to build lasting relationships with its graduates. Working within the Scholarships Department and reporting to the Senior Program Manager, you will serve as a bridge between the foundation and its growing alumni community.
Key areas of impact include:
Database Management: Maintaining an accurate and comprehensive central database of alumni, tracking their professional progress and engagement history.
Engagement & Mentorship: Planning and executing monthly activities such as mentorship sessions, career guidance talks, and networking meet-ups.
Community Impact (Seva): Coordinating "Seva" activities and encouraging alumni to give back as mentors, speakers, or volunteers.
Storytelling: Capturing and documenting the success stories and testimonials of alumni to showcase the impact of NSF’s initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Education, Management, or Humanities.
Experience: 2–3 years in nonprofit operations, program coordination, or alumni relations.
Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills are required. Knowledge of Hindi or Telugu is considered a significant advantage.
Technical Proficiency: Basic data handling skills using MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Salary Band: Annual CTC of ₹3.0 Lakh – ₹4.5 Lakh.
