Launch Girls is seeking a dedicated Program Associate to join its mission in Raichur, Karnataka. Since 2020, Launch Girls has reached over 27,000 girls in 16 countries, helping them break cycles of poverty and inequality by gaining financial independence. Through its flagship

"Girl Boss" program, the organization empowers girls to chart their own course, whether it's through entrepreneurship, employment, or higher education.

Your Role: More Than Just a Job

As a Program Associate, you will be at the forefront of program delivery and implementation. This is a hands-on role where you will directly facilitate programs with adolescent girls, creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful:

• Program Facilitation & Implementation: You will use the "Girl Boss" curriculum to implement programs , building strong relationships with girls and nurturing collaboration among them.

• Mentorship & Support: You will serve as a mentor to college lecturers and partner facilitators, supporting them in navigating content and learner needs. You'll also conduct check-ins and provide feedback to help them create effective learning spaces.

• Innovation & Impact: You'll collaborate with the program design team to refine and improve content and methodologies. This includes continuously monitoring, collecting data, and documenting the journeys of the girls you work with.

• Stakeholder Engagement: You will build trust with college lecturers, administrators, and community members , organizing events and workshops to engage stakeholders.

Are You the Right Fit?

Launch Girls is looking for a dynamic and curious individual with

2-4 years of experience in facilitating youth programs, preferably with a focus on girls. Fluency in both spoken and written

English and Kannada is required.

The ideal candidate will also have:

• Prior experience in education nonprofits, fellowships, or youth-led initiatives.

• Experience working with government and/or private schools and colleges.

• Strong communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

• A willingness to travel regularly within the Raichur district and sometimes to other parts of Karnataka.

Compensation & Application Details

This is full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential for long-term engagement. The compensation is between

₹3.6-5.4L per annum, with additional reimbursements for travel.
