About the Role: Program Associate, ITI Youth Program
The Program Associate will be central to ensuring the stability and high-quality delivery of the MyQuest Youth Program within the Sagar zone, specifically across NSTI and Government ITIs.
The MyQuest program utilizes a signature blended learning approach, integrating digital content (games, videos, audio) and technology to provide a holistic, continuous learning platform. The goal is to develop critical life-work skills for young people.
Key Responsibilities and Impact:
Program Implementation & Quality: Oversee the operational plan, anchoring Youth Program interventions and developing model ITIs.
Ensure 100% onboarding of students and facilitators onto the MyQuest App to access digital content.
Maintain a high-quality delivery standard, including regular ITI visits and organizing sessions for learners and facilitators.
Crucially, support placement events to achieve a 45% placement rate in specific zones and support self-employment initiatives.
Employability Skills Delivery: Build a thorough understanding of the Employability Skills curriculum and the MyQuest App.
Facilitate and mentor trainers on conducting career sessions, market scans, and exposure visits.
Lead or co-lead training sessions regularly for trainers and students at the NSTI.
Partnership Building: Cultivate strong relationships with government ITIs in the Sagar zone, leading the Principal Leadership Program.
Lead and organize capacity-building activities (online and offline).
Data Management & M&E: Lead data management for managed institutes, ensuring timely reporting, documentation of activities, and supporting relevant assessments.
