About the Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to lead the charge on an innovative and impactful project focused on strengthening the capacity of healthcare providers in India. The program aims to combat the rising tide of cardiometabolic diseases (CMDs) by developing and implementing groundbreaking education models for both current and future healthcare professionals.
As the Program Coordinator, you will be at the heart of this initiative, ensuring its smooth and effective implementation. Your role will involve:
Strategic Coordination: Overseeing the entire program lifecycle, from planning to execution.
Content Curation: Leveraging your research skills to conduct comprehensive literature and scoping reviews to inform the development of cutting-edge training materials.
Stakeholder Engagement: Organizing and facilitating key meetings, workshops, and training sessions with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies and academic institutions.
Program Monitoring: Tracking progress, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring timely delivery of all program objectives.
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of relevant experience and a strong background in public health or medicine. You must be adept at quantitative and qualitative research methods, with the ability to translate complex research findings into practical, actionable content for curriculum development. Excellent analytical, writing, and organizational skills are a must.
A medical or public health background (MBBS, BDS, MPH, or equivalent) is essential for meaningfully contributing to the disease-specific content. Experience in curriculum design or NCD programs would be a significant advantage.
