The Role: Program cum Social Activist
This isn't just a job; it’s an opportunity to be on the front lines of social change. As a Field Activist, you will be the bridge between the foundation and the survivors who need support.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct Outreach: Conduct field visits to engage with survivors and understand their immediate needs.
Documentation & Research: Prepare detailed fact-finding reports, outreach documentation, and assist in drafting research proposals.
Sensitization: Organize and lead awareness programs to educate the public on gender-based violence.
Program Coordination: Support the implementation of various rehabilitation and empowerment initiatives.
Who Should Apply?
The foundation is looking for candidates who possess a blend of empathy and professional excellence.
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in field work and report writing.
Education: Graduates from any field are welcome to apply. However, candidates with BSW (Bachelor of Social Work) or MSW (Master of Social Work) degrees will be given preference.
Skills: Strong communication skills are vital. Proficiency in English and Hindi is a mandatory requirement.
