Program Manager
FES is looking for a Program Manager to lead initiatives at the intersection of environmental economics and community-focused solutions.
Key Requirements:
Educational Qualification: An advanced degree in Environmental Economics, Business, Natural Resource Management, or a related field is essential.
Experience: Candidates should possess 7-9 years of experience in areas such as Environmental Markets, Carbon Finance, ESG, Financial Modelling, Asset Valuation, or Carbon Accounting.
Competencies: A proven track record in business development or market-based solutions, especially in Payment for Ecosystem Services, is crucial. Strong comprehension of Carbon Markets, Biodiversity Credits, and Ecosystem Services Valuation is also required.
Senior Project Manager
FES is also seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee environmental and community-focused projects.
Key Requirements:
Educational Qualification: A graduate degree in Environmental Science, Geography, Development Studies, Business, or a relevant field is required.
Experience: Applicants should have 3-4 years of project management experience in environmental projects, sustainability, or relevant community-focused initiatives.
Competencies: Fluency in English and at least one Indian language (preferably Odiya or Khasi) is necessary. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are also important, along with knowledge of Environmental Markets, Carbon Finance, or Ecosystem Services.
