🚩 The Role: Program Manager
The Program Manager will play a pivotal position in planning, implementing, and managing programs to ensure top-quality delivery, achieve high-level outcomes, and reinforce child protection structures inline with ICP’s broader goals.
Key Responsibilities
As a Program Manager at ICP, your primary responsibilities will include:
Program Leadership: Plan, execute, and oversee diverse program activities to ensure strategic objectives are met.
Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain smooth coordination with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders for seamless program execution.
Impact Tracking & Quality Control: Monitor project timelines and quality, while systematically documenting key learnings and impact metrics.
Relationship Building: Foster robust, long-term working relationships with government authorities and local community bodies.
Resource Mobilization & Compliance: Assist in reporting and resource acquisition while ensuring strict adherence to organizational policy and child protection standard regulations.
Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements
ICP is seeking qualified professionals who possess the following credentials and skills:
Education: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Development Studies, Public Policy, or a closely related field.
Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in program management within the development or child protection sectors.
Domain Expertise: A strong understanding of child rights, legal frameworks, and child protection challenges in India.
Track Record: Proven ability in project planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
Core Competencies: Superior leadership, communication, and inter-organizational coordination skills.
