Role Overview
The Program Manager (Fund Raising) will take full ownership of designing, building, implementing, and managing the organization’s overarching fundraising strategy. The primary focus centers on expanding donor partnerships across individual, corporate, and institutional sectors to ensure long-term, sustainable revenue streams that fuel the organization's mission.

Key Responsibilities
1. Fundraising Strategy & Planning
Design and execute a comprehensive annual fundraising plan and portfolio aligned with organizational goals.
Identify new, strategic fundraising opportunities and establish key performance metrics.
Manage donor segmentation, targeting, and multi-channel campaign strategies while tracking data-driven targets.
2. Donor Acquisition & Relationship Management
Cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with individual donors, High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), corporate CSR divisions, and institutional funders.
Establish donor engagement plans, regular communication channels, and stewardship initiatives.
Draft customized donor proposals, concept notes, and high-impact presentations.
3. Grant Management
Research and identify relevant local and national grant opportunities.
Direct end-to-end proposal development, encompassing need assessments, proposal drafting, budgeting, and timely submissions.
Oversee grant compliance and ensure detailed, timely reporting back to funding partners.
4. Corporate Partnerships & CSR Engagement
Engage corporate partners for long-term Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funding.
Pitch programs and impact metrics to corporate stakeholders, negotiating terms aligned with CSR regulations.
5. Campaigns & Digital Drives
Organize and run fundraising events, community drives, and digital fundraising campaigns.
Collaborate closely with communication teams to produce compelling content across social media, email channels, and online platforms.
6. Data Management & Documentation
Maintain accurate donor databases and log interactions.
Build fundraising dashboards, financial tracking systems, and Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Ensure proper documentation, donor acknowledgments, and readiness for audits.
7. Leadership & Team Coordination
Liaise with internal program teams to capture success stories, data points, and impact updates.
Guide, manage, and mentor fundraising executives, interns, or volunteers as applicable.
Conduct internal training sessions on best practices in donor relations and fundraising tactics.
Qualifications & Required Experience
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Work Experience: 3 to 5 years of demonstrated success in fundraising, CSR partnership management, business development, or donor relations.
Track Record: Proven ability to meet fundraising targets and manage diverse donor portfolios effectively.
Skills: Strong grant writing capabilities, budget management, strategic campaign execution, and excellent communication skills.
