Role Summary
The Program Manager – Youth Engagement will lead the end-to-end execution of youth leadership and innovation programs. In this role, you will collaborate closely with students, academic institutions, non-profits, philanthropic organizations, government entities, and corporate partners to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Management
Lead end-to-end implementation of youth leadership and innovation programs.
Develop clear program plans, implementation trackers, and operational timelines.
Oversee program logistics to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
Track participant engagement, monitor key program outcomes, and compile reports/documentation updates.
Coordinate and guide fellows, interns, facilitators, and volunteers supporting program delivery.
2. Partnership & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain multi-stakeholder relationships across academic institutions, government, civil society, corporate, and philanthropic sectors.
Represent CDF in external meetings, workshops, and partner engagements.
Support the management and expansion of strategic collaborative partnerships.
3. Community Engagement
Support student leaders and volunteers across partner institutions.
Maintain active communication with program participants and partner representatives.
Foster an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
4. Learning & Facilitation
Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of learning content and curriculum.
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and interactive meetings when required.
Work alongside internal teams to craft participant resources and communications materials.
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Education, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field.
Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in program management, partnerships, education, or youth engagement.
Preferred Background: Prior experience working with educational institutions, non-profits, or social impact organizations.
