The Role: Program Manager
Fiinovation is actively seeking accomplished individuals for the Program Manager position. This on-site role in Okhla Phase - III offers a competitive annual salary of up to ₹9,00,000/-, based on your previous compensation and relevant experience. While primarily based in Delhi, occasional out-station travel may be required.
As a Program Manager, your core responsibilities will include:
Project Design and Development: Leading the conception and drafting of innovative project proposals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicating effectively with key stakeholders to secure project approvals.
On-Ground Execution: Managing and overseeing project implementation according to the established plan.
Operational Support: Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Project Operations.
Who We're Looking For

Education: A minimum of a Master of Social Work or a degree in a related field.
Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in one of these four crucial thematic areas: Health, Education, Environment, or Livelihood.
Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, coupled with demonstrated experience in developing and managing social interventions.
