About the Role: Program Officer After Care

The Program Officer After Care will play a crucial role in implementing and managing CSA's After Care initiatives. This position involves overseeing various activities within allied Child Care Institutions, ensuring effective program delivery, and managing essential resources.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Program Implementation & Monitoring: Spearheading the implementation and continuous monitoring of various After Care activities in allied Child Care Institutions.

• Data Management: Managing quantitative and qualitative data for all program aspects to ensure effective tracking and reporting.

• Budget & Vendor Management: Overseeing budget allocation and managing relationships with vendors to optimize program resources.

• Stakeholder Management: Fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaborative efforts.

• Knowledge Development: Actively participating in and assisting with knowledge development initiatives within the organization.

• Project Management Excellence: Striving for and achieving excellence in project management competencies to ensure successful program outcomes.

Do You Have What It Takes?

CSA is looking for a dedicated professional with the following qualifications and experience:

• Education: A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work is essential.

• Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in the Social Sector, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in Child Protection.

• Skills: Demonstrated ability in program implementation, data management, budget oversight, and stakeholder engagement. Strong project management skills are highly valued.

• Location: The position is based in either Bangalore or Mysuru.

• Salary: Commensurate with work experience and qualifications.

• Work Hours: Full-time position, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
