Core Responsibilities
The selected candidate will handle a diverse range of administrative tasks, including:
Procurement & Inventory: Managing the procurement of materials, preparing PO/WO, and maintaining office supply inventory.
Logistics & Travel: Coordinating all employee travel arrangements, including air, train, cab bookings, and courier services.
Asset Management: Maintaining records of all assets, managing insurance, and handling rent agreements/renewals.
Coordination: Acting as a bridge between the Head Office (HO) and Field Offices, and coordinating with vendors for timely deliveries.
Compliance: Organizing filing systems for confidential documents and updating office policies as required.
Candidate Profile: Qualification & Experience
The ideal candidate should possess a blend of administrative prowess and a passion for the development sector.
Experience: 3–4 years of experience, preferably within the NGO or Social Sector.
Education: Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline. Additional diplomas or degrees in Office Administration are a significant plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and sound knowledge of standard office procedures.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, a problem-solving attitude, excellent communication (written and verbal), and a keen eye for detail.
