Ideal Candidate Profile: Qualifications & Experience
CSA is looking for a self-motivated professional who aligns with their vision of "a family for every child." The ideal candidate should possess:
Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Social Work or a closely related field.
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in the development sector. Prior experience in youth development or livelihood programs is highly preferred.
Core Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong data management and analytical capabilities.
A self-starter attitude with a practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Willingness to travel extensively across Madhya Pradesh to monitor programs and connect with youth.
Key Responsibilities and Impact Areas
As a Program Officer for the Aftercare & Livelihood department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting young individuals transitioning out of Child Care Institutions (CCIs). Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Program Implementation & Monitoring
You will lead the execution of aftercare and livelihood initiatives, ensuring that the programs run efficiently and achieve their targeted social outcomes.
2. Youth Mentorship & Counseling
A critical part of the role involves conducting regular counseling, mentoring sessions, and routine follow-ups to ensure the youth are successfully integrating into society and staying on track with their career goals.
3. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
You will act as a bridge between CSA, local training institutes, and employment partners to create robust skill development and job opportunities for the youth.
4. Budget & Data Management
The role requires meticulous attention to detail in handling program documentation, tracking budgets, managing vendor relations, and reporting data to measure program efficacy.
