Key Responsibilities
As a Programme Coordinator, you will play a central role in bridging strategy and on-ground execution. Core responsibilities include:
Coordinating with schools, NGO partners, Block Resource Centres (BRCs), Cluster Resource Centres (CRCs), government departments, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely implementation of programme activities
Supporting planning, monitoring, and field-level execution of education initiatives
Facilitating collaboration between schools and government education systems
Identifying opportunities for innovation and supporting their implementation
Tracking programme progress, maintaining documentation, and handling reporting and follow-up
Building and nurturing strong relationships with teachers, school leaders, community members, and partner organizations
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates interested in applying should meet the following qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the education sector, preferably in programme implementation or management
Education: M.Ed. / Master's degree in Education or an equivalent qualification
Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management abilities
Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned programme geography
Language: Fluency in the local language of the posted location (Gujarati for Kharel, Marathi for Vikramgadh)
