Open Positions: A Role for Every Skillset
Shikhar Yuva Manch has announced openings for various roles, each vital to the success of the Rural Creche Initiative. Whether you are a seasoned leader or a technical expert, there's a place for you.
Leadership & Management:
Programme Manager (Age: 35-45 yrs): A strategic leader with a Master's degree (Social Work, Public Health, MBA, etc.) and 10-12 years of experience in state-level leadership, preferably in health, nutrition, or sanitation sectors.
Capacity Building Manager (Age: 30-45 yrs): An expert in training and development with a Master's in Early Childhood Development (ECD), Social Sciences, or a related field. You will be responsible for empowering the team with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Field Operations & Coordination:
Cluster Coordinator (Age: 30-45 yrs): An experienced professional with a relevant Master's degree and 5-10 years of experience managing district-level programs. A two-wheeler and a valid driving license are essential for this field-based role.
Creche Supervisor (Age: 25-35 yrs): A graduate in Social Sciences who will oversee the day-to-day functioning of the creches. Field experience is preferred, and a two-wheeler with a license is required.
Technical & Support Roles:
Accounts & Logistics Coordinator (Age: 25-35 yrs): A commerce or accounting graduate (B.Com.) with 4-5 years of experience managing finances and logistics to ensure the smooth operation of the project.
MIS Coordinator (Age: 25-35 yrs): A tech-savvy individual with a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science and 2-3 years of experience in Management Information Systems (MIS) to handle data and reporting.
Who We Are Looking For
Beyond specific qualifications, Shikhar Yuva Manch seeks candidates who share their commitment to grassroots development. Ideal applicants should possess:
Proficiency in MS Office and other digital tools.
Excellent reporting and communication skills.
Fluency in Hindi is crucial, and knowledge of Chhattisgarhi or other local dialects is highly preferred.
A genuine commitment to working and staying in rural and tribal environments.
