What Will You Do as Programme Manager?
The Programme Manager leads the planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring and documentation of the Foundation's programmes. The role centres on gender equality, women's empowerment, gender-based violence (GBV) and community engagement.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Planning: Preparing work plans, implementation strategies, activity calendars and operational plans.
Quality delivery: Making sure activities meet approved objectives, targets and budgets.
Problem solving: Spotting challenges early and finding practical solutions together with programme and field teams.
Team leadership: Mentoring and supporting field teams, and running team reviews, reflection meetings and learning sessions.
Relationship building: Working with government departments, officials, women-focused institutions, community leaders and civil society organisations.
Documentation: Capturing programme experiences, case studies, success stories, innovations and evidence.
Organisational growth: Helping develop concept notes, proposals, programme designs and budgets, and supporting resource mobilisation.
Who Can Apply? Eligibility Criteria

Educational qualification: A Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Rural Development, Gender Studies or a related field.
