The Equal Community Foundation (ECF) is currently looking for dedicated individuals to join their mission as Programme Mentors. This is a unique opportunity for early-career professionals and freshers to engage directly with communities and advocate for a more inclusive society.

The Role: Mentoring for a Gender-Inclusive Future

As a Programme Mentor at ECF, you won't just be doing a job; you’ll be facilitating transformation. The role focuses on working with adolescents within local communities to challenge gender norms and promote equality.

This is a field-based role that requires a hands-on approach. If you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy collaborative teamwork, this position offers a supportive space to grow your skills in social advocacy.

Key Job Details:

  • Working Days: Five days a week.

  • Field Timings: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Ideal for those who prefer a non-traditional workday).

  • Compensation: ₹2.20 – ₹3.00 LPA, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Who Should Apply?

ECF is looking for empathetic, solution-oriented candidates who are committed to integrity. Whether you are a recent graduate or have up to a year of experience, your passion for human rights is what matters most.

Requirements include:

  • Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply!).

  • Language Skills: Strong spoken and written proficiency in Marathi, complemented by basic English.

  • Core Knowledge: A basic understanding of gender issues, human rights, and social justice.

  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Google Workspace (G-Suite) and basic facilitation skills using a participatory approach.
