Key Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a central role in delivering transformative life skills education to youth. Key duties include:
Programme Implementation: Coordinate and ensure the smooth execution of the Tim Tim Tare Life Skills Programme in schools and Child Care Institutions (CCIs) across designated districts/states.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong networks and engage with government departments, educational bodies, local stakeholders, schools, and CCIs.
Training & Facilitation: Conduct orientation sessions, training workshops, and life skills sessions for students and institutional staff.
Monitoring & Data Collection: Track programme quality, gather feedback, and maintain accurate operational data.
Reporting: Prepare detailed progress reports, document success stories, and share insights to drive continuous programme improvement.
Required Qualifications & Skills
To be eligible for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
Educational Background: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Education, Psychology, Development Studies, or a closely related discipline.
Work Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant grassroots experience in programme implementation (preferably within the education or child development sectors).
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills.
Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Hindi (oral and written) and proficient in English for reporting. Knowledge of local regional languages is an added advantage.
Operational Capability: Strong ability to work independently and travel extensively across rural and urban districts within the assigned state.
Additional Desirable Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Possession of a laptop and a 2/4-wheeler is preferred.
Readiness to travel via public conveyance or personal vehicles across assigned territories.
