The Role: Driving Development and Implementation

The selected Project Coordinator will be the linchpin of the project's success, focusing on timely implementation and supervision of all project activities. This isn't just an administrative role; it's a leadership position requiring strong field presence and strategic oversight.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Training & Capacity Building: Organizing essential trainings for project staff and village-level leaders to ensure sustainable growth and skill transfer.

• Liaison & Partnership: Building and maintaining strong relationships with Government offices, NGOs, and Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) to facilitate collaboration and resource mobilization.

• Field Activities: Leading key community interventions, including conducting health camps, awareness campaigns (including COVID-19 Appropriate Behavior - CAB), and managing special observation days.

• Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly monitoring and evaluating project activities, preparing detailed progress reports, and presenting project updates to the central team, Director, and funding agencies.

• Team Guidance: Guiding animators in community mobilization, resource acquisition from local governments, and ensuring proper maintenance of SHG (Self-Help Group) accounts.

Educational and Professional Requirements:
