Key Responsibilities of the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will be a vital part of the foundation's mission. Your responsibilities will include:
Project Management & Documentation: You'll be responsible for maintaining all project-related documentation, including monthly progress reports for each child and incidental reports for any issues that arise. You will also meticulously track the academic progress of the children.
Training & Awareness: Leveraging your prior experience, you'll conduct training and awareness workshops on health and HIV/AIDS, ensuring the community and staff are well-informed.
Coordination & Support: You will serve as the primary point of contact for the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) and other government teams. Additionally, you will provide essential support to various services within the organization as needed.
Ensuring Quality Care: Above all, your role will be to ensure that the highest standards of safety and care are maintained for every child in the home, creating a safe and supportive environment for them to grow.
Who Should Apply?
This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in the development sector, particularly those with prior experience working in NGOs. The foundation is looking for someone with:
A graduate degree in a relevant field.
2-3 years of work experience is preferred, but motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential.
Computer skills are required for documentation and reporting.
