Role Overview: Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator at Eco Warrior, you will be at the heart of the organization’s green initiatives. This role requires a multi-faceted professional capable of balancing administrative precision with strategic fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will handle a diverse portfolio of tasks, including:

• Project Management: Planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities, timelines, and critical deliverables.

• Documentation: Preparing high-quality proposals, reports, official presentations, and documentation.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as a bridge between government departments, clients, consultants, and on-ground field teams.

• Research & Analysis: Conducting in-depth research and data analysis to develop actionable insights.

• Administration: Organizing vital meetings, preparing Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and tracking follow-up action items.

• Financial Tracking: Monitoring project budgets, invoices, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.

• Tech Integration: Leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to enhance research depth, drafting speed, and overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications, Requirements, and Skills

Eco Warrior is looking for an analytical problem-solver who can work independently while managing multiple tight deadlines.

Educational & Experience Background

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Management, Public Policy, or a related discipline.

• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, consulting, or operations. (Note: Freshers with exceptional skills are also encouraged to apply!)

• Preferred Exposure: Prior experience or exposure to sustainability, waste management, environmental consulting, or government projects is highly preferred.

• Travel: A willingness to travel for project-related assignments when required.

Core Skills Required

• Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools for professional efficiency.
