Role Overview: Project Coordinator (3 Vacancies)

Key Job Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the foundation's operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Project Execution: Planning and executing project activities to guarantee that community goals are achieved within designated timelines.
Monitoring & Reporting: Tracking project progress, maintaining meticulous data records, and preparing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
Fieldwork & Training: Conducting regular field visits for effective implementation, alongside leading review meetings and training sessions.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinating seamlessly with schools, local stakeholders, and project teams to ensure smooth on-ground operations.
Documentation: Supporting essential documentation, data verification, and reporting activities.
Problem Solving: Identifying operational challenges early on and implementing timely resolutions to maintain high-quality project delivery.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a background in social development and a proven track record of field coordination.
Educational Background
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Public Health, or a closely related field.
Experience & Skills
1–2 years of experience working with an NGO, or managing health/education projects with a strong field coordination component.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in MS Excel and data reporting.
Language Fluency: Multilingual capability is required, with fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
